- Lamb shanks: 2 lbs
- Yogurt: 3 tbsp.
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Red chilli powder: 1 pinch
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Five spice powder: ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Meat tenderizer: 1 tsp (can use raw papaya instead)
- Chopped onions: ¼ cup
- Green peas: ½ cup
- Potato (small pieces): 1 small
- Carrots (small pieces): 1 pc.
